afaict all gf_reference pages no longer show up on the wiki, the nmigen-gf.git/gf_reference/ dir should show up as https://libre-soc.org/gf_reference/ on the wiki

hmmm strange. it's an underlay. no changes have been made to the
wiki config.

note this breaks https://libre-soc.org/openpower/sv/bitmanip/ in particular most cl* insns are completely broken with no pseudocode.
so imho this should be higher priority since we're discussing that page a bunch today.
