user-defined memory map needed

sdram has config and space needed.

also quad spi is the same

fabric type has to be specified as well.

peripheral name, fabric type (fast/slow), memory map.

spec example added to configs.
not yet pulled through to actual bsv

seems to be ok, generates bsv #defines from configs
