additional work on the pipeline API, including unit tests.  this includes splitting out Reservation Stations, fan-in and fan-out, Mask Cancellation and refinement of the API during real-world use.

jacob was involved in the comprehensive discussions behind the API as well as doing prototypes.  allocating EUR 500 to him for it.
