Interfaces need to be :

* recorded as their own separate bugreport
* cross-linked as dependencies ("Depends on") to this bugreport
* defined
* fully specified
* researched
* evaluated
* agreed

Each interface shall have its own bugreport, where discussion takes
place within the bugtracker comments.  Each interface will have
a cross-referenced page from http://libre-riscv.org/shakti/m_class/
to its bugreport.

The *findings* of the bugreport (not the discussion) shall be
recorded in the individual page.
