* Digilent Arty A7-100t
* Nexys Video 200t
* HyperRAM PMODs
* Testing and confirmation of functionality of the same

note, all the equipment on bug #774 from me (lkcl) is to be covered by
*this* project's budget (NGI POINTER), it must **NOT** be double-counted
(double-charged) for NLnet!
